Return Process

  Log into your Redchief account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.

  Pack the Items

  Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to pick up the package and provide you with a return acknowledgment.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
